Our fresh new Nirvana Farmhouse river touch location at RR Film Studio. These are all pics clicked this monsoon. All earlier one's were clicked last summer. See the difference....it's lush green and a stunning set of all real location under 1 roof at RR Film Studio Khadavli (Thane) for Film shoots, events and away stays over weekends.

We are in talks with a couple of TV daily soap production houses from Mumbai to garner their interest into a monthly/yearly deal at RR Film Studio. Also have added Nirvana rivertouch Farmhouse property to RR Film Studio, Khadavli where a part of Marathi Film 'Matangi' was shot in July. (Uploading pics shortly)We also are currently completing our swimming pool with waterfall, rain dance floor, poolside area and space for accommodating 20-25 additional cast and crew at RR Villa. That will take our total accommodation count to above 50 for overnight stay.

The complete cast and crew of Marathi Film 'Matangi' had a great 8 day shooting schedule including Usha Nadkarni. Since 30th July after shooting schedule pack up, RR Villa has been busy hosting familes/groups/corporates (KPMG, Barclays, Sitel etc) over every weekend. Its an alternative weekend destination to your traffic ridden heavy, crowded regular spots like Lonavala, Khandala, Matheran.
Please spread the word about RR Villa Khadavli (Thane) amongst all your personal/professional contacts, looking out for a fresh new location to holiday, have fun, relax and want to spend a calm weekend stay. Monsoon is the best time to visit us. Its lush green all around.
