બૌદ્ધ મઠો ઉપરાંત, સિક્કિમમાં ઘણા અન્ય મનોહર સ્થળો પણ છે જ્યાં શિવજી, બુદ્ધ અથવા અન્ય બૌદ્ધ અવતારોની ઘણી ઊંચી અને અનોખી મૂર્તિઓ જોઈ શકાય છે..

આ પ્રતિમા રાવંગલાના બુદ્ધ ઉદ્યાનમાં છે, જેને તથાગત ત્સલ તરીકે પણ ઓળખવામાં આવે છે, જે દક્ષિણ સિક્કિમમાં રાબોંગ (રાવંગલા) પાસે આવેલી છે..

2013માં ખુલ્લા મૂકવામાં આવેલા પ્રવાસન સ્થળે, બુદ્ધની 130 ફૂટ (40 મીટર) ઊંચી પ્રતિમા અને વિશાળ બગીચો આવેલો છે..

Apart from Buddhist monasteries, Sikkim also has many other picturesque places where many tall and unique statues of Shivji, Buddha or other Buddhist incarnations can be seen..

This statue stands in The Buddha Park of Ravangla, also known as Tathagata Tsal which is situated near Rabong (Ravangla) in South Sikkim..

It was opened in 2013 and features a 130-foot (40 m) high statue of the Buddha..

શું નિર્જીવ વસ્તુઓને પણ વાચા ફૂટે ખરી.?
ક્યારેય એવું લાગ્યું છે કે સાવ પડી રહેલી વસ્તુમાં પણ હમણાં પ્રાણ ફૂંકાય, એટલી જ વાર.?

જો તમારો જવાબ ના હોય, તો એક વાર આંખોના સ્થાને દ્રષ્ટિ ખોલી જુઓ,
તમારી આસપાસ ઘણું એવું દેખાશે, જે પહેલા ક્યારેય જોયું નહીં હોય, અનુભવ્યું પણ ના હોય..

ચાલો, આ ફોટો જ જોઈ લો..
અહીં એક રંગબેરંગી દિવાલ છે,
લાઇનબંધ ખાલી બાંકડા છે, અને
વરસાદી ઝરમરીયાને એક છત્રીથી રોકી રહેલા ત્રણ લોકો..

હવે, આ તસવીરમાં મને જે દેખાય છે એ દ્રશ્ય તમને પણ બતાવું.?

એવું નથી લાગતું કે,
લાઈનબંધ ખાલી બાંકડા હમણાં બોલી ઉઠશે: એ આવો, બેસો, બે ઘડી વિસામો ખાઓ..

દિવાલમાં ચિત્રિત ત્રણ પાત્રોએ આપસમાં શરત લગાવી હોય કે બાંકડે કોઈ બેસશે કે કેમ.?

ચિત્ર માંના વૃદ્ધ કાકા બોલ્યા હોય કે અરે ટંણપાઓ, વરસાદ ચાલુ છે, દેખાતું નથી.?

અને વૃદ્ધ કાકાની આ કોમેન્ટ સાંભળીને પહાડી મહિલા જાણે ખડખડાટ હસી પડી હોય.?
