Motion is more than movement when you ride it becomes emotion.Every twist of the throttle carries a piece of freedom within it. The road stretches endlessly, but somehow it always leads you closer to yourself. Wind in the face, the rhythm of the engine, and a heart that beats with every mile. It’s not just about reaching a destination, it’s about feeling alive in every moment in between.
Some memories are written in photographs, others in the curves of the road. For those who ride, motion turns into emotion, and the journey becomes a story of the soul.

Udaipur City Palace stands like a living chronicle above Lake Pichola, carrying centuries of Mewar’s pride and resilience. Built by Maharana Udai Singh II in 1559 and expanded by generations of Maharanas of the Sisodia Rajput dynasty, it reflects the enduring legacy of one of India’s oldest warrior clans.

In April 2025, Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar was ceremonially recognised as the 77th Maharana and serves as Chairman and Managing Trustee of the foundation that oversees the palace museum. The palace’s intricate balconies, mirror-work, and murals still echo the valor and cultural depth of Maharana Pratap and his successors. More than a historic monument, City Palace remains a symbol of Mewar’s storied past and its ongoing cultural heritage, bridging centuries of history in stone and spirit.

I made this reel on a quiet, beautiful Udaipur morning, capturing the city from above with my drone. The sky painted itself in soft hues, adding a magical calm to every frame.
Lake Pichhola lay still, reflecting not just colours, but countless memories I carry with me.
The mighty City Palace stood tall, timeless and graceful, watching over moments I’ve lived and cherished here.
It’s a small, heartfelt dedication to the city I truly love.

A foggy winter morning unfolded in soft layers of silence and mystery. With the mighty Sony Al Il in hand, every subtle tone felt precise and alive. The Sony 200-600mm revealed perspectives the naked eye often misses. Distant silhouettes emerged gently through the mist, compressed and poetic. The fog became a natural diffuser, sculpting light with quiet drama. Each frame felt intimate, despite the distance. Moments like these remind me how perspective changes the way we see stories.

Every year, as the harvest ends, flames rise across the fields in the name of quick clearing. But those few minutes of parali burning release a damage far deeper than we realise. The smoke blankets our skies, turning clean air into a toxic haze that harms children, elders, farmers, everyone alike. It worsens asthma, reduces visibility, and pushes our cities into dangerous pollution levels.
Beyond health, these fires silently strip the soil of its nutrients, killing the microbes that keep our land fertile. What seems like a shortcut for one season becomes a setback for the next. It also contributes to climate change, adding greenhouse gases and disturbing the natural balance of our environment.
Parali burning may feel like an easy solution, but the consequences linger in our air, our homes, and our future. The real progress lies in awareness, alternatives, and understanding that the fields deserve better, and so do we.
