A first, in more ways than one.

Seattle, a World Cup afternoon, and a stadium full of people waiting for something to happen.

I had never watched football live before, let alone at a World Cup. Sitting there with the game unfolding right in front of me felt surreal. The speed, the noise, the anticipation, the sudden moments of chaos.

I went there to experience the match, but instinctively, I ended up documenting it too.

A few frames from my first World Cup match, Belgium vs Egypt, and a day I’ll probably remember for a long time. ⚽️

𝗛𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗶ʻ𝗶, 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘀.

We went to Hawaiʻi to celebrate her first birthday, but somewhere along the way, the trip became about seeing the world through her eyes.

The valleys of Kauaʻi from a helicopter, waterfalls hidden among the mountains, endless blue stretching into the horizon, and little feet discovering the sand for the first time.

I found myself photographing the places, but even more so, the people experiencing them together. The kind of moments that may seem small while they’re happening, but become the ones you remember most.

Street style is often defined by movement, but this story finds its power in the moments between.
