🌟 An Extraordinary Moment for Indian Cinema 🌟

I’m truly exhilarated by the newly released teaser of Ramayana. The visuals are breathtaking, and the caliber of talent associated with this film makes it a landmark project for Indian cinema.

🎬 World-class Visual Effects: DNEG, the renowned studio responsible for cinematic masterpieces like Inception, Interstellar, and Dune, is contributing its expertise to this production. With eight Academy Awards to its name, DNEG’s involvement heralds a new era of technical brilliance in Indian filmmaking.

🎥 Visionary Direction: The film is being directed by Nitesh Tiwari, acclaimed for his work on films like Dangal and Chhichhore. His storytelling prowess and nuanced understanding of Indian narratives bring immense promise to this ambitious retelling of the epic.

🎶 A Historic Musical Collaboration: Perhaps the most astonishing news is the collaboration between Hans Zimmer and A.R. Rahman. Zimmer, celebrated for his iconic scores in Gladiator, The Dark Knight, and Interstellar, will be composing for an Indian film alongside Rahman, one of India’s most illustrious musical talents. This partnership promises a musical experience of extraordinary depth and global appeal.

This project feels monumental, not only for its storytelling ambition but for the way it signals India’s cinematic vision on the world stage. I eagerly await the full realization of this epic, certain it will captivate audiences across the globe.

* Please do not watch it on Mobiles or Laptops, you will miss the bass depth of the score. Watch it with a good music system.

While modern cities are striving to compete on global platforms, fostering development and beautifying urban spaces, the behavior of their residents often tells a different story. The incident of a shopper leaving their trolley carelessly in the middle of a parking lot driveway is just one example of how small actions—or the lack thereof—reflect our unwillingness to contribute to the change we demand.

Imagine this: a person finishes shopping, unloads their cart into their car, and instead of returning the cart to the designated area, they leave it in a spot that blocks traffic. It’s not just inconsiderate; it’s symptomatic of a larger problem. Leaving the cart in a parking space is inconvenient enough, but dragging it into the driveway shows a complete disregard for others and shared spaces. It disrupts the flow of vehicles, creates a potential safety hazard, and demonstrates how thoughtless actions can impact public order.

We often expect our cities to look like global metropolises—clean, organized, and efficient. We blame governments for failing to meet these expectations, but we rarely examine our role in the process. The truth is, civic development isn’t just about infrastructure; it’s about behavior. It’s about taking responsibility for the spaces we share and the people we share them with.

A trolley might seem insignificant, but it represents a microcosm of societal attitudes. If each individual acted responsibly—by simply returning their cart to the designated area—they’d save someone else the hassle, reduce chaos in parking lots, and contribute to the tidiness of the environment. It’s a small, everyday act that requires minimal effort but speaks volumes about civic responsibility.

This lack of consideration is not unique to trolleys; it’s pervasive in many aspects of our daily lives. Littering, ignoring traffic rules, or vandalizing public property are all behaviors that point to the same issue: a failure to recognize that we are all stewards of our communities. These actions collectively hinder the progress we so passionately demand.

If we want our cities to thrive and compete globally, we must embrace the changes we expect from others. Development isn’t just the government’s job—it’s a partnership between policymakers and citizens. A beautiful city begins with the behavior of its people, and every small act of responsibility counts.

The next time you use a trolley, take a moment to return it to its rightful place. It’s not just about a cart; it’s about respect for your fellow citizens, your environment, and the vision of a better future. Change begins with you, and no action is too small when it comes to building a society we can all be proud of.

Watched Kalki2898AD yesterday. Before I review it I would like to tell you about the theatre I chose for this movie. I entered into AMB cinemas for the very first time and was flabbergasted to its all black interior design. The moment I entered into the foyer area I couldn’t believe I was in India. It really looked like a different world altogether which I loved a lot. I chose this theatre (Screen 1) bcuz the sound system(Dolby Atmos) and projection I was told is of top notch.

Kalki 2898AD is India’s first dystopian concept movie combined with Mahabharat times. Handling two different timelines and effectively telling a story to the Indian crowd who are completely new to this genre is a tough task.Truly hats off to Nagi and the producers for pulling off such an impossible feat. The movie was excellent considering first try on this genre. There are quite a few flaws in the movie which could have been taken care of but nevertheless in totality it was pretty good .There are some scenes where you would genuinely get goosebumps. I really appreciate the director’s vision and his eagerness to show something genuinely different and fresh on the Indian screen and he did succeed in it, mostly.

Most of the movie goers complained that the first half was pretty boring and the second half was mind-blowing but I couldn’t find any abnormality in the treatment, at least it did not break the flow. Establishing the characters and the situations were essential to understand the post interval part clearly. The star studded cast makes the movie curious and interesting to watch and all the actors did commendable jobs but it's AB who stole the show in his never ever seen before avatar. Prabhas’s role was tailor-made and it was a cakewalk for him.His unique witty style acting which he is popular for did not work for this. Director made his life easy but unfortunately we don’t get to see a new Prabhas which the story demanded as its been set to the futuristic era which is 100 years ahead from now but director chose to put the same body language and mannerisms of today’s Prabhas probably because of the possible backlash from his fans ahead of recent Adipurush debacle and so he didn’t want to take chances as there was too much money involved in making the movie. Deepika was pretty good but unfortunately she couldn’t get enough screen time like Kamal though the story revolves around her and her unborn baby. Cinematography by Djordje Stojiljkovic was awesome. You will get to see some of the outstanding visuals which you have never seen on an Indian screen. Santosh Narayan has done a great job of composing theme music for almost every important character in the movie. Background score was too good except for one instance where they go inside the complex. According to me the whole scene and the ‘Takara Takara’ music was really bad. Most of the CG and special effects in the movie were very good and doesn’t look overdone except for a few. The one CG work which I found really awkward was that of a young Amitabh in the movie. The quality output of the CG character is so evidently unrealistic and bad. It’s shocking to see the director compromising on the quality for this giant of a movie. The dialogues in the movie are passable as they could have done better. There is no punch in the dialogues except for few. Also it would have been better if the makers have concentrated on the Telugu accent of many actors and one of which is Saswatha Chatterjee.

Well, all in all its a great movie and I urge everybody to definitely go watch it.
