First, the hand, then the grip, then the handshake. That is how trust is built, resolve is tested, and outcomes are taken into one’s own hands.
Recent engagements with ji have reinforced a simple discipline: Jiu-Jitsu teaches you to stay aware, to understand pressure before you respond, and to move with purpose rather than haste. Leadership demands the same control. Each meeting with our leader, Rahul ji, adds sharper clarity about the machinery we operate within—how power moves, how resistance forms, and where responsibility truly sits.
What stood out most this time, was the insistence on accountable action: taking ownership, recognising the forces at play, holding your ground, and calmly choosing intention over impulse in each present moment. The steadier the stance, the stronger the result.
Two months into 2026, the direction is clear. Like Jiu-Jitsu, the helm is about control without display, where balance, pressure, and intent determine direction, guided by helmsmen who understand that the real steering lies in steady hands rather than spectacle.
The last few weeks have only emboldened that what lies ahead is in firm hands. Grip. Grip. Choke.
