Hydrogen can be used as a fuel in near future. India is going to impliment it's very first green hydrogen project coming up in the UT of Ladakh.

Green hydrogen is produced from electrolysis of water with electricity generated by renewable energy sources like solar, wind etc.

As of 2020, the global hydrogen market was valued at $150 billion and expected to reach $600 billion by 2050.

Companies across countries have formed alliances to increase production of the fuel fifty fold in the next six years.

Ladakh the newly formed UT to become India's first state or UT to impliment green hydrogen-based mobility project.
