It is a testimony to Delhi Heritage Walks excellent work over the last 13 years, that we retain our brand value and credibility as a team.
Recently, our fb & insta pages were reported and blocked by someone who calls themselves City Explorer Pvt Ltd / DelhiWalles/ DelhiWalks. The reported offence was copyright infringement by Delhi Heritage Walks. There was no basis for this complaint so our pages were restored. It is amusing and flattering to see how our presence and popularity affected them – making them so insecure that they resorted to hostile and unethical tactics to bring Delhi Heritage Walks down. There are other groups and individuals who have been leading walks in the city for several years and we have always had cordial relations with them, meeting and exchanging notes, admiring each others’ work.
While this episode was a rare example of bullying, it also reaffirmed our confidence in our work. This would not have been possible without the support we have enjoyed from all those who have joined our walks and cheered us on. So, this note is to thank you all for your love.
