This was taken yesterday morning. As I went to the top of our terrace in our village, I was astounded by the sight of the blooming Temple of Sri Kasi Vishweshwara Swamy Temple. The Vimaanams were adorned with lights and the winter mist against the twilight of the dawn of the sacred day-Karthika Somavaaram (a day so auspecious that the lighting of a single lamp can bring in the punya-phala of lighting one crore of such divine lamps! With such a sight to behold, soft, cool morning winter breezes, fresh air, sweet smell, divine chanting of "AUM NAMAH SHIVAAYA" of the Shiva-bhakts who reside in the temple premises, with such auspiciousness and divine aura in the surroundings, I felt as if I breathed in peace, tranquility and divinity. My humility spiked to cloud-9.
