Meta Verified is a paid service, and one of its biggest selling points is access to enhanced support. But what is the value of “enhanced support” if users are repeatedly told, “A support agent will be with you shortly,” and no human ever responds?
Creators are paying for support, yet many are still trapped in endless automated replies, AI loops, and closed tickets with no meaningful human assistance.
This is not the support experience paying users should receive.
If Meta charges creators for Meta Verified, then reliable access to REAL human support should not be optional — it should be a basic part of the service.

Meta India Meta Please take this seriously and improve the support system. Creators deserve transparency, accountability, and actual human help when their accounts and years of work are at risk.
