DESCRIPTION:-

⦁ Register yourself for the participation in APERTURE-2016 event http://goo.gl/forms/j7hpE0n1ur
(Please note: registration is mandatory on both links)


Stage1: Online round

To participate, kindly send FULL RESOLUTION PHOTOGRAPHS on the following themes (ANY 4) as described below:-
⦁ Motion Blur
⦁ Fun in Nature
⦁ Light's play
⦁ Today’s Truth
⦁ Black n White
⦁ What Eye

⦁ JUST submit your best 4 photographs (1 on each theme) to us via email at ⦁ [email protected] along with name, college name, contact no, GATES ID.
⦁ Visit and Like our page https://www.facebook.com/aperture.gtbit
⦁ The one with the maximum no. of likes will get an advantage at the GATES event on 31st march(on the spot round)
⦁ Online Submission lines are open till 29th march 11:00 PM (All those pics will be uploaded on our page by our team on 26th March)

(Counting of like with start on 30th march only and will be active only for 24 hrs)

Stage 2: On the spot contest
( people can also participate directly on 31st on the spot round)
TO participate in the on the spot round u need to register yourself. LINK IS GIVEN IN DESCRIPTION AT THE TOP)

⦁ After submitting the photographs to us via email participants are required to come at the GATES(fest) of the GTBIT college on 31st march
⦁ Reporting time: 9 am
⦁ Theme will be given for on the spot photography
Contestants will be judged on the basis of-
⦁ the photographs clicked in on the spot round
⦁ exhibition which consists of all those pics which are submitted by contestants in online round on Facebook

Please note: - all the contestants who are appearing in on the spot round are requested to take the print out of their photographs which are submitted by them online (the printouts should be on A3 photo/glossy paper).These printouts will be collected by our team 1 day prior to the on the spot event (i.e. 30th march)
