The Lobby at Candor TechSpace.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing lets the daylight wash across the white marble without a single harsh shadow. The result is a lobby that feels unhurried, calm and generous.

Candor TechSpace, shot across mornings and evenings. The most striking piece is the sculptural glass tower with the rippling, wave-like facade. Its curved glazing catches light differently at every hour, turning from a soft mirror at dawn to a sharp reflection of the sky by midday. A second, taller tower rises just behind it, giving the pair a layered silhouette when seen together.
Beside it, another tower alternates cream stone bands with dark glass strips, creating a striped, almost woven pattern that gives the elevation rhythm.

Every house has a rhythm. This one moves vertically.

At Urban Stitch, everything is stitched around one single void, light, stairs, even the ducts, all climbing together. Nothing here is hidden behind a ceiling; function was left exposed until it became form. Concrete stays raw. Steel stays steel. And at the base of it all, a quiet channel of water holds it together.

The hardest part wasn't finding the shot. It was the light, a narrow shaft that moves fast and doesn't wait for you. Most of the day went into watching where it would fall next, and being in the right spot before it moved on.

Some houses you photograph. This one, you time.

Good architecture doesn't just shelter you, it settles you.

At Urban Stitch, that settling comes from balance, cool concrete against warm wood, hard metal softened by still water. Nothing here is decorative. It's just material, doing its job so well it starts to feel like calm.

At the base of Urban Stitch's stairwell, the ducts finally land at a quite channel of water that runs the length of the room like a spine, a reminder that the house is breathing.

Urban Stitch by Matharoo Associates stitches a Delhi home around a single vertical void.

I spent the day here doing very little except waiting. Light enters this house the way water enters a canyon, from above, sideways, in slivers, and the house is built to let it travel.

The ducts here aren't hidden behind a ceiling, they're the ceiling, choreographed with the discipline of an organ.

A troop of monkeys climbing the stairwell reminds me not to take any of it too seriously.

We moved around County 107, changing angle and distance, letting each frame hold only as much structure as it needed. But the light stayed constant.. that narrow evening window when sunlight turns soft.

For me, in a project like this, light isn’t a decision but it's direction.
