Contributions to PSUs and Scheduled Commercial Banks:
SARC & Associates (SARC), headed by me is the Statutory Central Auditor of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) and SBI General Insurance Co Limited and is the Concurrent Auditor of Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Under my leadership, SARC has successfully carried out the Statutory Audits of various Scheduled Commercial Banks like SBI, PNB, BOB, IOB, Canara, BOI, Corporation Bank etc. Consultant to other Government Authorities:
I am an advisor to various Government Authorities including the Northern Railway (NR), Delhi Development Authority, DGH (Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Govt. of India), New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA), Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) on Income Tax and GST matters. Other Contributions:
I have served as the Non-Executive Chairman of National Co-operative Bank Limited, New Delhi for a period of seven years (2000-2007). During my tenure the bank was awarded as the ‘Best Co-operative Bank’, in the year 2006, by the then Chief Minister of Government of Delhi. I strongly acknowledge the concept of entrepreneurship as the strongest pillar of an empowered economy. I have appeared in two highly recognized and much appreciated business shows, namely, ‘Business Inside’ on DD National (Doordarshan) and ‘Big Business Ideas’ on Zee Business in the year 2017. The shows were centered on educating the youth about the schemes/initiatives of the government as a step towards nation building with focus on the MSME sector, Make in India, Skill India, Start-Up India, Stand-Up India, Mudra Yojana along with Credit Guarantee Fund and many more. The shows garnered more than eight crore viewership during the 104 weeks of telecast and were among the highest TRP rated shows. I am the author of some of the well recognised books like:
