Everyday we go through a massive pour-down of emotions, hustles, happiness and melancholies just like this heavy rain falling on this man and we sail through these storms to get back home. To a place where we can keep these thoughts and worries aside. Some of us have found their home, some will always be looking.

This man, he wore his glasses, got on his ride and got on with this mad rain. Maybe we all need these glasses and this attitude. Get on with it. Whatever s**t life's pouring on you, get your glasses and get on with it.

It was raining crazy. And I was lucky to have found a safe haven this time. The vividness because of the rains, the perfect timing and the reflection created a masterpiece here and I was fortunate to be on the right place at the right time.

In life you gotta keep moving, keep pushing but also know that it's not a race. It's a journey and it's upto us how creative we want it to be. Living each day is important.

What do you do when you're riding and you see clouds as such? Do you rush back home or chase it down?

Chasing rainclouds was definitely one hell of an experience except that rain which almost felt like bullets showed no signs of stopping.

It came like a sudden shower. And it was strong af in no time. We found a small shelter of some sort and just tried to stay dry because obviously I didn't want to be looked upto in fear of Corona when I'd be sneezing. But that shelter was as good as staying outside and we should've had checked that earlier. So we decided, now that we're wet enough let's atleast try to save the camera from getting wet. We put it in between us. Me and Mayank and just drove in the rain and every raindrop that hit my forehead felt like a body piercing.

But hey, still alivee! And it was definitely worth it. One hell of a ride and I can proudly say,

Best thing about being on the road in Madhya Pradesh gives you a peek into a variety of cultures. Ways of life old and new. This was a field being ploughed by Bullocks and it was gold that I had struck. The perfect setting of sky and sun and the reflection.

The best thing about riding is that you see landscapes like these all around. And if I were to capture it all I would just be making stops and never reach my destination.

But I guess that's what life is. A big long journey and it's upto us whether we wanna reach the destination or live it throughout.

When I shot this and looked at the picture, I was like ewww wtf because what was in front of my eyes was beyond words. But it was only after 2 months that I finally opened the picture on my computer and when I saw the picture sitting in my room, it did give me bit of those feels tbh. But still this is nothing in comparison to what I saw. You gotta feel it yourself.

Roza bhai ka aashiyana.

That night after dinner my plate was shining. I am no fan of food and that night believe me that food had some drug in it. Or maybe it was because of the setting. Dark sky full of stars. Cold breeze and nothing to be seen far and wide. And we talked to Roza for long and played Ukulele. I put my camera on a self timer and ran into the frame and right when it was about to click all four us, my battery died. 😭 FML. :D

Anushya lost in the nights of wonder in the middle of Thar Desert.

Ever since I did my first astro photography in 2015 I've thought of capturing the desert with these million stars and finally this trip happened when I saw an Instagram post by .of.india (This is not promotional please continue reading)
Now I followed this page for inspiration and we booked it. As we got there first thing we see is a high sardaar ji trying to show us to our room and miserably failing at it.

Everything that they had planned was nothing to give you the vibe of Jaisalmer. Yes we could have enjoyed, drank, danced on the DJ they had organised because we paid for it but more than a vacation it felt like a punishment. I was excited when they were giving us pagdi and when I came back looking like a sardaar ji in the middle of desert, we lost it. &

We left that s**t camp on three camels and into the Thar desert. With Roza bhai we set out on the desert. Sailing away throughout the day, finding shade and resting for a bit. And Roza bhai would cook us great great food while we captured these long exposures and smoked up.

I miss these stars. I miss the freedom.
