Tips to get these kind of action shots:
If you notice two male Peacocks with each other and going round and round, you better stop and have your camera settings ready, as they will fight at some point of time.
To freeze the action make sure you have a high shutter speed and also important to get the at point correct. In case of Sony I use the tracking with subject detection and it works fantastic.
When they fight, they will go up in air, so be careful with your composition and keep space on top, or be fast to move the camera with their action.
