Life lately ⬇️
First of all, thank you for all the love & support 💙
So many of you kept asking why I wasn’t posting, really appreciate it.
These last few months have been nothing short of amazing (and hectic 😅). Since February, it’s just been me, my laptop & endless edits.
Last year, I graduated like everyone else… but instead of rushing, I wanted to take a gap year and do something different. I was already into mobile editing and creating content on Instagram as everyone knows. Also used to get preety good freelance edits all by editing on my Mobile. After making some decent money, I thought… why not give this industry a real shot?
One of the highlights?
Working with Director Jai Mehta on BTS videos for the Web series Lootere (now streaming on Disney+ Hotstar). That project boosted my confidence to a whole new level.
Thank God I didn’t buy a new phone & instead invested in a Mac. Best decision ever. That’s when the journey began.
I joined Tharun Speak’s “Not Just a Video Editing Cohort” and it completely changed the game. Editing on a laptop was tough at first, but when you’re obsessed, struggles just become part of the process.
Fast forward: I completed all assignments, impressed my mentors, and even took part in a crazy 21-day challenge (script, shoot, edit, post every single day!). Working full-time as a senior video editor at an agency while doing this challenge was wild but worth it.
Because I WON the challenge 🎉
From being a student → to mentoring the next cohort, teaching others about editing… life came full circle.
Meanwhile, freelancing projects kept coming in.
I got hired as a Senior Video Editor at a content agency (through LinkedIn, without even applying 👀). Worked on amazing projects for brands & creators. Had an incredible time there, but left last month to chase bigger things.
But through it all, I missed creating content for myself.
So Now I’m back.
Working on something bigger.
Bigger dreams, bigger moves.
The best is yet to come ✨
