Every year, when Onam blooms across Kerala 🌼, two ancient stories awaken together.**

One tells of King Mahabali — a ruler so just and beloved that even after the gods sent him away, he was granted a yearly return to see his people happy and united once more.

The other unfolds in the hills of Sabarimala, where Lord Ayyappa — protector of dharma and symbol of equality — welcomes devotees from every walk of life to climb the sacred steps as one.

This Onam 2026, as Kerala dresses in flowers and festivity, pilgrims once again make their journey to seek Ayyappa's blessings — a reminder that homecoming, humility, and unity never go out of season. 🙏🕉️

It carried its home on its back—not as a burden, but as a reminder that everything it truly needed was already with it. It didn't worry about how far the journey was or who had already reached the destination. It simply chose to move, one small step at a time.

The birds flew overhead. The wind came and went. Others could cross the same distance in seconds, yet the snail never questioned its own pace. It never compared its journey with theirs. It understood something that we often forget: life isn't a race against others; it's a promise to keep moving, no matter how slow the progress feels.

Some days the path was rough. Some days every inch felt like climbing a mountain. But the snail didn't stop. It carried its home, its dreams, and its patience—knowing that every small step was still a step forward.
Maybe that's the lesson nature quietly teaches us. We don't have to be the fastest to reach where we're meant to be. We don't have to have the loudest voice or the biggest achievements overnight. We only need the courage to take the next step, even when no one is watching.

Because in the end, the journey belongs to those who keep going. And sometimes, the slowest traveler leaves behind the greatest lesson. 🐌🍃
