It is such a pity to see an artist of such a caliber by the side of the road reduced to a mere beggar ( at least that's what he passes as to the general public ) There is so much potential for the arts in our country. If only the people can see past their own noses :(

(c) Something which struck me as i watched the lady wash her laundry is the multiple uses the people of the village have for a water source. From doing their laundry to drinking water, the dam water of neyyar sustains their livelihood.
