The new Himalayan 450 on the rocks!

I must say this motorcycle is a massive leap forward for the Himalayan brand.

Shot on location with the Fujifilm GFX100 II and 55mm F/1.7 lens.

Presenting the Triumph Scrambler 400x!
I've been trying out the Fujifilm GFX100II with the 55/1.7 lens. This is one of the first shots taken with this setup.

The crew from today's shoot with the Himalayan 450.
This bike is a winner from and it is simply not comparable with the bike it replaces.

In the same way the GFX100 II is a quantum leap forward from the model it replaces. Thoroughly enjoyed my time with this new camera. The 55mm f/1.7 lens creates paintings, not just photographs. Wow!

The vehicle that mobilised the middle class of India for three decades.

Infamous scenes of owners running on fumes and leaning the vehicle over to start notwithstanding.

It still cuts a pretty sight on the streets of Palakkad.

I am thankful that human ingenuity and design decisions resulted in the form that we know as the motor scooter. I love a clean Chetak as much as I love a Vespa or a Lambretta.

This particular example belongs to who patiently showed me around for suitable locations.
