The more entrepreneurs I meet, the more I realise something.

Most founders dont really know what theyre doing.

They just get better at moving while they figure it out.

I’ve met people running companies worth crores.
Some looked completely confident.
Then, in a quiet conversation, they would talk about cash flow, hiring, family pressure, bad decisions, or the fear of getting the next year wrong.

It reminded me of something.From the outside, entrepreneurship looks like confidence.From the inside, it is mostly uncertainty.
The difference is not that some people have no fear.
Theyve simply learned to keep moving with it.Ive also noticed that the smartest entrepreneurs I meet are rarely the ones trying to prove they are smart.

They ask more questions.
They listen more.
They change their mind when they find better information.And they dont pretend every decision worked.

That has changed how I look at my own journey.
I dont need to have everything figured out.
I just need to keep building, keep learning, and stay honest about what I dont know.
Maybe thats what meeting hundreds of entrepreneurs has taught me most.

Nobody really has it all figured out.
Some people are just willing to keep going while figuring it out.❤️

Just a boy following his dream.

For boys from a middle-class family, following a dream in your 20s is not always easy.

There are bills to pay.
There are expectations.
There is always someone asking, “What’s the safe option?”

But as an entrepreneur, taking that risk is part of the journey.

I chose to take the risk.

And that risk became the foundation of Velvia.
