From riding in heaven to working in heaven. These fishermen on their boat on the early morning Mandarmani beach takes that other worldly feeling to a whole new level. again the sunlight from the right corner and the reflection on the beach plays a special part..

Riding in Heaven...

First from my recent trip to Mandarmani... Early morning Mandarmani sea beach turns itself into a giant mirror. With the clouds on the horizon, reflection on the beach and the early morning sun streaking from the left of the frame, it feels like some other world. Do view in full screen.

In the Dark

The trickiest part about clicking this picture was that it was absolutely pitch dark, with only the main building on the Jal Mahal lit up. The photo has a 30 seconds exposure. Further processing was done to reduce noise and increasing exposure.

Hingalganj is a place near the Bangladesh border in North 24 Pargana district of West Bengal. I had never heard of it till I actually visited it back in 2016. Back then you had to cross a river by boat to reach the place. Now I believe a bridge has been built there. These two clicks were taken using a very cheap mobile phone camera during my return.

One more long exposure without filter from Udaipur. This one was also a 30 seconds exposure photo, but without the use of any filter. May be someday I would do a tutorial on this on my YT channel.
