Foreign student fighting for justice in india
We are sincerely pleading you to go through our letter.
We are 24 Iranian students took admission in vokkaligara sangha dental college and hospital Bangalore India for the BDS course academic year 2015-16, we completed our 1st year examination and results were also declared by Rajiv Gandhi university Bangalore. However in a shocking turn of events we students found out that the Rajiv Gandhi University has removed our results from the website and barred us in appearing in the December 2016 exams, as we dig deeper into the issue we found out that we are registered under excess seats by the college. We completely payed donation and fees for all the year between 40lakhs to 50 lakhs rupees to college, from our end we completely followed and respected the rule and regulation of Indian Education, but the faulty management of the college has put our career in the verge of destruction.
The Iranian embassy sent out a letter addressing it to the principal of vokkaligara sangha dental college, Bangalore and to the secretary of dental console of India (DCI), New Delhi, pleading them to treat our case and grant approval for the same, so as to help us and continue our studies.
However DCI turned down their plea, as a result, the issue in now being escalated to the Supreme Court, we do not understand as we are in the verge, because the college has lot of problems among themselves with old and new management who took and ate how much money from each foreign student seats, the college management is not ready to introduce their college lawyer to our Iranian embassy person not us. Know the college is denying to issue bonafide to extend our visas as the college management know if we can’t extend the visa we have to go back to our country and college can sit back and relax because nobody will be to follow the case. The saddest part is we have spent our 2years of our life and we cannot get back our time with so much hopes and dreams we came to India to pursue our studies and the college management has kept us in dark for 2 years if this happens to your children career will you keep quite.
We know India as very spiritual and cultural country. Sir/madam you are our lost hope please help us to complete our course, some of the parents have sold their lands, taken education loans just to make their children career we have wasted our 2 years and got broke down with our dreams to make our career please we sincerely begging you to help why should the students be punished for the mistake made by college management. Please help us and our family, our parents are in big stress and we are not prepared for more damage as one of the student father died today morning 12/05/17.
Please help us don’t break our dreams with lots of hope we came to India to pursue our studies. Kindly punish the college management for playing with innocent student’s life not the students, please we need your help we are helpless here.
