Dear Comrade
Well, this movie did not get enough hands up as expected but I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. It's a subtle love story, may be it's one of its kind. This is one of the love story where the actress is just not love interest of protagonist. It's one of the movie where the characters are beautifully written. Chaitanya and Aparna who are popularly known as Bobby and lily respectively. Bobby, this character has transformed his life from being short tempered to being calm. He was always fighting for his circle when their was injustice, he was completely influenced by his grandfather qualities who use to fight for the freedom, the injustices which used to happen around. There was this line just don't live the life for yourself, live for the streets too. During this time, he meets lilly, who's making to Indian women cricket team, who was always ambitious about her dream and to play for Indian cricket team. She loved her sport more than anything. Bobby says to lilly if you had to love me more than the cricket that would be the last day I'll be in your life ( I know I'm exaggerating but that's what Bobby meant). Then lilly had to leave him because of his temperamental issues. Bobby doesn't know what is happening around and he will be broken and to explore himself he travels with the pain which is beautifully shown in yetu pone song. The pain he went through it and the anger issues and his transformation has changed him. After 3 years he gets back to lilly and finds out that she ain't playing cricket anymore shocked him upside down and then he digs the reason for it, then he gets to know the harassment towards the women made her not to reach towards her goal. A women has a lot to go through if she wants to succeed in her career. For the name of prestige even her father couldn't fight basically a middle class women struggles who wants to achieve something on her own, then comes the comrade(Bobby) who stays with her, fights for her, cares of her and made her fight for her goal.
