Walk alongside me, daddy
and hold my little hand.
I have so many things to learn
that I don’t yet understand.

Teach me things to keep me safe
from dangers every day.
Show me how to do my best
at home, at school, at play.

Every child needs a gentle hand
to guide them as they grow.
So walk alongside me, daddy –
We have a long way to go.

Bagore-ki-haveli is another attraction on the banks of lake Pichola. It was built in 18th century by Amar Chand Badwa, the Prime Minister of Mewar. Its now a museum and houses a fine collection of arms and other artifacts of the days gone by. It also has a huge collection of 'turbans' and ' puppets' . A well maintained museum and a must visit!!

The City palace of Udaipur is beautifully adorned with paintings, a lot of paintings indeed. They are there on the walls as well as on the ceilings and domes. There are Gods, pictures of animals, war scenes, daily life etc painted with vibrant colours that has stood against the test of time. .

Its architectural amalgamation is unparalleled and spans Medieval, European, Chinese ,Mughal, and Rajasthani styles.
Towering on the banks of Pichola Lake, City Palace is truly a feast to the eyes.
