They are focused on providing non-emergency doctor consultation services to travelers, specifically, to elderly Indian travelers who are visiting their children and relatives in US and UK. 1. Long wait to get an appointment for a non-emergency health issue
2. High price of medical help
3. Non-availability of health records in case of emergency
