Ksh*tij Garg Photography Photographer, traveller and everything in between! I love photography and the work featured here is my expression of it.

Be it people, events or just sunlight on a plain brick wall, the potential of capturing the world on a sheet of transparency is what allures me to this form of art the most. Photography was initially a hobby, then a passion, and now it is the air that I breathe. Having started my journey as an amateur photographer, under the mentoring of Meister Hellmuth Conz, today I feel that I need to contribute to the great canvas of art. Ksh*tij Garg photography is my graffiti on that canvas.

Ever wondered how to click a picture like this? Well, you can, with YOUR camera!

Come to the Alliance Francaise Photography Workshop and learn from Ksh*tij Garg, a professional photographer, the art of photography. All you need is a camera with a manual "M" mode and some imagination.

Dates:
15th Feb (Sat)- 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM
16th Feb (Sun)- 6:45 AM to 1:00 PM

Venue : The Atrium, Alliance Francaise, Vasant Nagar, Bangalore.

Fees: Rs3000/-

The workshop is for everyone and will cover, in detail, topics like:
An overview of Digital SLRs, Explaining the various brands of cameras, Information about lenses, Focal lengths, Focusing, Measuring and using light, Megapixels - explained, RAW vs JPEG, Exposure, The manual "M" mode, ISO, Shutter speed, Aperture, Light meter, Noise, Freezing/blurring action, Depth of field, Rules of composition, White balance, Metering, Other modes on the camera like Aperture priority and Shutter priority, HDR photography, Panning, Zoom bursts, Light Painting, Simple post processing, Filters etc.

This course will also include a street photography walk to KR market where everyone can try out everything that they have learnt under the instructor's supervision.
