Mawlangkhar, I remember calling it the "Dzokou of Meghalaya", when I first photographed it in 2018, which turned into a sort of civil war between some people for which I even had to delte the post after facing some really hateful abuses. Nevertheless never took things to heart and never will but then Mawlangkhar gives you that sense of zen no matter what weather you turn up to photograph it. It always has something to offer, provided you're willing to look for it.
Here are 2 images that are a revisit and re-edit from 2018 o a trip with Subhadip Choudhury Subash Adhikarimayum and Hiru Kharkongor on an absolutely beautiful day which ended in a burst of spectacular sunset that lit the landscape with it's golden sheen.

Wishing all of you on the occasion of World Photography Day.

We are sure that it is a great pleasure for you to be photography lovers. And we are sure that there are many things in life that we have to do and many things that we have to accomplish. But photography is something that you can do whenever and wherever you want. It is like having your own little studio, where you can do whatever you want and make whatever masterpiece you want to make! So why don't we all get together and create something amazing today?

There are many people who love photography as much as we do, but they are not able to take pictures as often as they would like because of work or other commitments. So if possible, let's all create a photo once a week for the rest of our lives! Let's take pictures together, share them with each other and inspire each other in this wonderful world.
