An open door, a glimpse of the room beyond, and a reason to keep moving. Our film of Vistaar Realty (Vistaar Realty), designed by Studio Infinity (studio infinity design and architecture), follows the connections that make this workplace flow. Warm timber, travertine and concrete artwork give the spaces a tactile character, with soft beige tones punctuated by deeper colour. The camera moves between seating areas, workstations overlooking greenery and the conference room before returning to the entrance, bringing the office into view through the simple act of walking through it.

Tusker Katha (Tusker Katha) grew from a simple wish: to let people experience Aanai Studio’s (Aanai Design Studio) furniture in person. For founders Nikhil and Gayathri, the arches offered a setting that could stay quiet and let the pieces lead. Our film pairs voice-over with views through the store and close-ups of timber, woven cane and patterned upholstery. Their Modern Indian approach emerges through these details, bringing familiar craft into contemporary furniture, with function and conscious making guiding the work.

Viewed from above, Kanai Vayu by Kanai Infra (KANAI INFRA) sits amid Khandala’s greenery, its terraces overlooking the lawn and pool. Our film moves indoors, following the daylight through generous living spaces and quieter bedrooms, then returns outside as the villa’s lit windows stand out against the evening sky.
Six bedrooms span three storeys, with a game zone, yoga room, office and home theatre offering different ways to spend the day. There’s plenty to occupy you here, should you feel like it.

Curves set the course at Jumani Residence, Mumbai, designed by Amit and Preeti Porwal of Icon Projects Inspace (Amit Porwal). Our film pairs a walkthrough with voice-over to explore the thinking behind the spaces, from the living room’s circular seating and sculpted ceiling to a wraparound deck that connects every room to the outdoors. Greys and wood keep the palette quiet, with art and furniture adding colour along the way. The den turns up the volume with rich wallpaper, an ombré wall and a distinctly lounge-like mood.

The sea sets the scene. Shot for Azara by Redstone (Azara by Redstone), our film of Azara Beach House (Azara Beach House) in Candolim, Goa, moves from the coastline into a home where clean Nordic lines meet warm timber, art and tropical greenery. The camera follows that interplay through the rooms and out to the water features, pool and pavilion. Almost half the property’s 13,000 sq ft is outdoors, giving the landscape an equal part in the story. By evening, light from the house spills across the water; the closing pullback brings it all into view.

Hanuman makes the first impression; Mumbai’s sunset has the last word. Between the two, our camera explores this Oberoi 360 home by S.Alt Studio (S.Alt Studio ), moving from sculptural lights and bespoke furniture to shelves filled with books and collected objects. Wider views give way to closer studies, including the elephant relief’s intricate surface. Through the bedrooms, den and outdoor lounge, the film catches the individual touches that make this a family home.

A house split in two, yet designed to remain whole. Set within two acres of mango orchard in Manor, Maharashtra, the 7,200 sq ft Split Haus by Saga Design Architects (Saga Design Architects) separates the main residence from an independent guest retreat. At the centre is ‘The Union’, an open courtyard that becomes the meeting point between the two.

The video takes us through double-height living spaces, bridges and terraces, past exposed Kerala brick, clay jalis, recycled wood and natural stone. Large openings extend the house towards the outdoors, keeping the orchard closely connected to life within.

Curves, colour and sculptural details stand out against the otherwise muted palette of this high-rise Mumbai residence designed by The BNK Group (The BNK Group). The video moves through the expansive living and dining spaces, capturing the curved columns, open shelving, artworks, low furniture and the striking red-and-silver light before taking us into the bedrooms, each with a different look. From a four-poster bed to a grey-toned suite with its own balcony and jacuzzi, the film continues through the home, also taking in the mandir and theatre as the light changes towards the evening.
