Mount of Olives in Jerusalem, this is where God will start to redeem the dead when Messiah returns on Judgment Day. There are approximately 150,000 graves on the Mount of Olives. The bad news is that not everyone will go to heaven. The space is limited. If you want to increase your chance, rumour has it, the best plots go for more than 100,000 USD. 😉🙏

Honey-coloured houses stacked up on the steep hilltops flanked by the citrus, olive and palm trees. 🍊🍋 Deia is a truly fairly-tale like village. It is one of the pretties villages of the Mallorca island if not the prettiest. It is not surprising then that figures like Jimi Hendrix, David Bowie, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Kate Moss, Beyonce, the list continues on like an Oscar roll call, have spent some time in Deia, away from the intrusive interest of mortals and glare of the paparazzi. Just wandering the narrow cobbled streets and seeing historic walls, mountainous backdrop and surrounded nature in full bloom is a real joy overflowing the heart and soul. Deià is just so aesthetically and spiritually pleasing you can’t help but fall in love with it. 🏝

Sardinia is where the girls dance freely, the blue water is unreal and the world leaders frolic and bath as nature intended. 🐠💦This second-largest island in the Mediterranean (after Sicily) and the place of wonder is the undisputed favourite summer destination among all sorts of celebrities and millionaire/billionaire entrepreneurs, as well as the ordinary mortals that come here to turn brown, bask in a little sunshine and roll in the sandy beaches that are dime a dozen here. ☀️🏖 A few suggestions on how to spend a couple of days in the north part of Sardinia 😉

It has become famous for its politically and socially engaged murals 🎨, paintings depicting different aspects of Sardinia's political struggles as well as international issues. It is definitely an unmissable stop on a tour of Sardinia.😉

We call Paris the city of love and unarguably the love is in the air. 💕 Not the purest and sweetest of its form and I mean neither the love nor the air. 🗼Paris has always allured thousands of people who flock here seeking a bit of la vie en rose. The fantasy of the capital of the romance that you come with to Paris in the clash with the ordinary reality, might knock one (or a few) out. But if you stay away from the beaten path, or slightly change the angle suddenly even the Eiffel Tower stops to be a cliche sight. 😉Pss. Located between Bastille and Nation, in the former foundry in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, the Atelier des Lumieres holds monumental immersive exhibitions. Currently on “Dali, the Endless Enigma” 👨‍🎨and if you get a little hungry pop into Diggity or cross the city to eat in the best Italian restaurant in the city - Pink Mamma. 🙃

Castelsardo is a picturesque historic town on the northern coast of Sardinia. 🐟🏖☀️ 🦩Its position makes it a good stop on a tour between western Sardinia and the islands and resorts of the east. It is included in the „100 Most Beautiful Italian Villages” list and thanks to the stunning beaches and atmosphere it offers, there is no wonder why. 😍

My greatest Maltese regret is that I did not spend more time in Gozo. 🏖You can easily travel between the Grand Harbour in Valletta to Mgarr in Gozo in less than 45 minutes with Gozo Fast Ferry or take a car ferry from Cirkewwa. Anywhere you go around the island, you are not going to be disappointed. Located in the middle of the island in the city of Victoria (Rabat), there is the Cittadella. 🛕This place really brings the past to live. It is absolutely worth the visit especially as the dusk falls. 🙃🙃

Marsaxlokk is only 10 km from the city of Valletta and is a famous fishing village in Malta. 🇲🇹 Come here in the evening, take a sit at one of the many fish & seafood restaurants and simply breath in and soak into the atmosphere (but not too much... after all it is a fishing village!) 🐟🦑, and admire the traditional maltese boats (luzzu) painted in colours of red, blue and yellow with the eyes of the Osiris on the bow. There is no more soul-satisfying sight than that of a dead-calm sea on a clear summer’s day when the Mediterranean is serene, blue and seemingly infinite, beautifully adorned with the luzzu boats moored alongside the pier. You can also see a similar poetic scenery in the beautiful seaside village of Marsaskala 🙃

This little island called Malta in the Mediterranean Sea covers the area of only 316 km2 (122 sq. mi) and it is where Paul, St. Paul in the Bible in Acts 28 shipwrecked on it shores.

The nature and art intertwine in Lanzarote. 🏝🌋Jardin de Cactus 🌵is a marvellous complex designed by César Manrique. You can admire the magnitude of (over 1100) otherworldly protrusions resembling thrusting asparagus spears in here, stop at the a stunning bar, cafe and even get yourself a cactus burger. 🌵😋

Lanzarote 🏝🌋You can find here beautiful sandy beaches, dramatic infinite black lava fields sown sparsely with low-stone-walled vineyards, low-key towns and villages, and a lot of fascinating sights and creations, mainly the legacy of its most prominent artist, architect and environmentalist - César Manrique. 🎨In fact the whole Lanzarote seems like a joint art project of César Manrique and the Mother Nature created after the magical rum infused night, a couple of primo smoked ci**rs and long conversations.🇪🇸🇪🇸

There is only 3 km between the isle of Sicily and the mainland Italy but Sicily is nowhere near to the rest of the country. 🏖There are no well-maintained tourist attractions, no pristine streets here. Instead there is an exquisite cuisine🍋🍝🍷scorching sun☀️, lively and chaotic street markets and people distinctly more relaxed than in any other part of Italy.
