Just this. Nothing more. Nothing less.

We’re all stories but we need someone to narrate them to, someone to live them with and someone to witness them.

As someone once said, “Happiness is only real, when shared.”

NYC Geometry: Art is hiding in plain sight if you look up.

Most people look straight ahead when walking through Manhattan, but the real magic happens when you study the intersecting lines, sharp shadows, and perfect symmetry of the architecture.

My days walking around the city were half spent with my neck tilted upwards looking for shapes and details.

Road-trips are most enjoyed when done with childhood friends.

Us and the Whales.

“Be outside the Motel sharp at 9.”, that was the call the night before because we had an early ferry to catch. After grabbing a quick breakfast for takeaway, we went aboard and were greeted by the friendly crew of

What followed was an extraordinary experience. We saw dolphins at the Bay of Cape Cod which is extremely unusual as iterated by the Naturalist Sophie on the Ferry. Such a joy watching those dolphins dancing around the wake.

We also spotted a young Lion’s mane jellyfish, which is frequently nicknamed the “egg-yolk jelly”.

Then we learnt a bit about whales, their kinds, habitat, and lifestyle while moving further away from the coast and deeper into the Atlantic Ocean. These majestic creatures will absolutely leave you breathless when sighted. It was incredible to watch a mama whale teach her calf. They share one of the most remarkable and devoted bonds in the animal kingdom.

I must admit that after a few hours, I started feeling seasick so I went on the top deck to take a seat and enjoy the sights. It turned into a bit of a comedy watching people run from port to starboard and vice versa when whales were spotted and announced.

Overall, it was an experience that I’ll never forget and repeat for sure. Thank you for this.

On wheels following the Sun.

A 45-minute ferry ride from Newport brings you to Martha’s Vineyard, which is the name of an island not a vineyard. Don’t ask me why!

What followed however was getting welcomed into a BnB nested in a mini forest and greeted by the most kind old couple. Big fan of Beer, the lovely lady recommended us a local brewery.

Soon after we got ourselves some bicycles to ride around the island. Life slows down on top of these two wheels and we soaked ourselves in the island views around. Before resting our feet in a Motel, we chased the Sun one final time to see it set down on the horizon of the Atlantic Ocean.

Absolute serenity.

Road Tripping in the USA.

After not sure how many years but here I am back with my childhood friends on a road trip. New streets, new cities but the vibe to its core is the same as it was back then.

The drive was from New Jersey to Newport, a fair weekend getaway from the city although leaving Friday evening would mean a lot of hours spent in traffic. It was amusing to see drivers break the highway lanes to get ahead. Something I had never seen in Europe. Another first was staying in a motel & finding the Bible in the drawer.

A must-do would be the Newport Cliff Walk in Rhode Island. It’s a public trail that combines the rugged Atlantic coastline with pretty impressive Gilded Age mansions. A scenic walk in the backdrop of ocean waves and seagulls while we recalled the old days, I’m not asking for more.

A Wild Coastline.

Sharing some moments from the most rewarding travel that I did this year. Days spent on the road in a campervan passing by cities, forests, beaches, cliffs, hills, valleys, and mountains witnessing all kinds of weather sometimes all on the same day.

That’s Ireland for you.

Celebrating 2025 at Work.

The last couple of days were absolutely energetic and emotional. As the company’s FY came to an end, we celebrated this year’s efforts & success in radiant Manchester. Soon after we aligned ourselves to the goals for 2026.

I used this opportunity to meet some key clients, greet my amazing colleagues and of course, a bit of sightseeing in the ever buzzing London.

Such was the dosage of work + leisure from this week in the UK.
