so hi. this is my first post in a looong while. life and yeah other things took precedence over creating posts for instagram. realistically the things i post are rarely seen by the people who follow me anyway and im sure the algorithm will punish me for disappearing for so long but sure look what can ya do. ive got some big changes coming my way this summer but ill try and not disappear for too long again 🥲

i’ve really been getting into colour recently - used to shy away from using too much of it bc i was afraid of using colour theory wrong. then i kind of copped myself on and stopped taking rules of composition so seriously. like it’s way more fun to mess around and see what works, rather than not even even trying bc it’s the wrong shade of green or bc the colour wheel says no. life’s too short and all that.

and also kind of obsessed with how vibrant this pink hummus turned out

i’m thinking for the winter season, i’m ⁠going to combine choc with all the flavours that remind me of xmas in cookie form - orange, mint, baileys, coffee. is that too much baking for one household ? … definitely but sure look we’re going for it anyway.⁠
