Here's a video we made for Pureproject's Pure Mile Awards 2025. The Pure Mile is now in its 16th year, with over 1000 miles of roads being looked after by volunteers across Wicklow and South Dublin.

Words & Deeds – a Decade of Centenaries Project

Readings of three new short stories inspired by the 1916-1923 era, by local writer Sylvia Cullen. There will also be a talk in each venue about that period of history in the North Wexford area.

* Friday 24th Nov. 8.30pm, The Shamrock Hall, Kilanerin
* Saturday 25th Nov, 7pm, The Schoolroom, Askamore Community Centre
* Sunday 26th Nov, 3pm, Hollyfort Schoolhouse

This is a free event and no booking is necessary. Refreshments will be served.
