Tajinaste under the Milkyway, June 2026, Tenerife.

Red tajinaste (Echium wildpretii) is a species of flowering plant in the family Boraginaceae. It is an herbaceous biennial plant that grows up to 3 m (10 ft) in height. The species is endemic to the Canary Islands and is found mainly in the national park surrounding Mount Teide in Tenerife.

As we close the workshop at El Teida National Park in Tenerife, it is alway hard to leave this place. Due to travel restriction from the Middle East some good friends could not make it and they were missed a lot. That being said, still doing a one to one workshop also has its advantages. We came home with some great images. They will be posted once the attendee post their images. Up to the next visit here. Till next time Tenerife 🌟💫✨🌌🪐🔭
