As this is a blog, here is more stream of consciousness for youzenz.
Most of ye know I like my coffee, but few understand the psychological importance of being able to stop for a moment, put on some Ludwig Van Beethoven, and enjoy your delicious bevee.
I think how you make and enjoy your coffee is quite iconic of you as person, even if no one else gets to witness your majesty in action. I for one enjoy a concoction of instant coffee, reishi extract, honey, and full fat milk or butter. Most of my mornings consist of some variation of the sort.
I genuinely believe that the time when I'm drinking my coffee sets the tone for the next few hours of my day. As a result, it is quite important to me. I'm careful not to tempt myself with browsing social media, but rather create for it, read an informative or inspirational book, or catch up on some current affairs(https://www.morningbrew.com/daily/r?kid=e0026321) Woops there's a plug. I'll breeze past that.
These habits become the difference between me sitting on my 🍑 browsing social media for hours on end or lazily getting through my day and taking the day head on, making it a day to remember every day I can. I don't advocate dwelling, but every day from today counts.
Some days are days to forget, so try and keep them limited 😉 Have an awesome day today and I hope you enjoy your delicious coffee, however you like it.
I'm quite interested now actually, how do you like to enjoy your morning bevee?
