🌿 Sometimes the best therapy is getting outside.

One of my favourite ways to unwind after a busy week is grabbing my camera and heading out into nature.

Ireland has some of the most beautiful scenery in the world, and I don't think I'll ever tire of exploring it.

Whether it's a peaceful woodland, a quiet lakeside, or an old ruin full of history, there's always something beautiful waiting to be discovered.

I hope these photographs inspire you to take a little time for yourself this weekend and enjoy the outdoors.

❤️ The best part of my job isn't the camera...

It's meeting so many wonderful people.

Over the years I've photographed families from newborn babies through to weddings and then back again as their own families begin to grow.

Seeing familiar faces return year after year is one of the greatest compliments I could ever receive, and it's something I'll never take for granted.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of so many special moments.

Today is one of those days where you'll find me behind the computer with a coffee in hand, carefully editing galleries.

People often ask how long editing takes...

The answer is... much longer than most people imagine! Every gallery is individually edited to make sure your photographs look their very best while still keeping them natural and timeless.

Photography doesn't end when the camera is put away—it's only the beginning!

📸 An Important Update from Samantha Mean Photography

As many of you know, I always try to keep my photography packages as affordable as possible while maintaining the quality and service that every family deserves.

Over the past few years, the cost of running a photography business has continued to increase, from equipment and software to insurance, travel, printing, website costs, and editing. Alongside this, the rapid development of AI means I've also had to adapt the way I work to better protect my images and continue offering a professional service to my clients.

Because of this, my photography packages will be updated over the coming weeks, and the new pricing will soon be available on my website.

❤️ The good news is that anyone who has already booked or is currently booked under my existing packages will not be affected. Your package and pricing will remain exactly as agreed when you booked.

I want to thank every single one of you for your continued support over the years. Every booking, recommendation, message and kind word has helped my small business grow, and I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that supporting a business means buying something.

In reality, some of the biggest help comes from the smallest gestures.
