Join us as Brand Ambassador Bernard Geraghty Landscape Tours presents some of his most breathtaking photography from his latest expeditions to celebreate the launch of the Salomon Spring/Summer 2024 range, exclusively at 53 Degrees North
You will have the opportunity to purchase some of his prints, which will be auctioned on the same night.
The proceeds are going to our charity partner Lugmo Challenge
The event is FREE at our Carrickmines store. Refreshments will be provided.
This promises to be an amazing evening and I would love to see as many of you there as possible. The more people we have there, the more we can potentially make for charity.
You will also have a chance to win some Salomon Outdoor gear too as well as a one day 1-2-1 Connemara workshop with me.
Let me give you an insight to what Lugmo is all about. Hereās a few words from the founder of the Lugmo Challenge, Paul Clarke.
So Lugmo was started by Paul Clarke 13 years ago (2012) when a friend of ours Tommy lost his short battle with cancer, Tommy was a lover of the outdoors so in his honour Paul and a few friends decided to hike Lugnaquilla in November to raise awareness of mens health in Ireland, that year we raised ā¬1200 for movember.
Fast forward to today an annual charity event that sells out in seconds, 1000s from all over have taken on the challenge. Over ā¬300,000 raised for various charities all over Ireland, a wonderful hiking community called Lugmo has formed, with events going on throughout the year. This year we won the best outdoor event in Ireland at the Outsider Awards.
This year's challenge takes place on the 7-12-24 with a brand new twist in store.
Limited to 200 participants. With the chosen charity to be revealed in August.
