I can’t imagine the sense of pride you must have for Ireland when it’s somewhere you don’t call home anymore. I’m always in awe of how beautiful our little Ireland is, and when you get to see these places at sunset, it highlights it all even more ❤️

This was a trip of so many firsts for this family and I can’t say how grateful I am to them for staying up that little bit later to catch sunset over Mullaghmore on a chilly May evening! 🌿 I hope these photos remind them of this very special trip and very special time in their families story for years to come ❤️

I’ve poured over what to write about this session all morning and I can’t find the words to give it justice, given how important this time and this place and these people were to one another…

This family had a really beautiful but bittersweet reason for their trip to Ireland. And when I say I feel lucky to have met them and captured their three generations together at a place that held so much sentiment to them, I mean it so much ❤️

I say it all the time, but the best time to capture all of your family together is when you are all together. Don’t put it off ❤️

I get the privilege of being asked to capture a small number of intimate weddings each year and without sounding too cheesy, it really is an honor to be invited along to document such a special day for any couple ❤️

Many of these couples become families whom I continue to document their story and I can’t tell you how much I value those relationships ❤️

I take on a limited number of weddings each year, and my availability is intentionally very small. I currently have one remaining wedding date available for 2027 and just five dates remaining for 2028 🌿

I started my business (“officially”) 6 years ago this week. In some ways it’s gone by so quickly and in others, I feel like I never did anything else!

I love my job. I really do love everything about it. I still get excited when an enquiry comes through and still struggle to turn any opportunity away as I’ve learned over the years how important these photos and memories are to those I take them of ❤️

I’m so grateful to my wonderful families and couples and many of you have become friends and I’ve had the privilege to see your children grow and photograph some of the most important days of your lives, I cherish that so much ☺️

And to my husband whose eyes fall into the back of his head when I ask him to take a headshot but he still does it…with plenty of direction! 😅 Thank you too ❤️

This is up there with one of the most memorable sessions I’ve ever had the privilege to capture!

It rained, it was windy and wild (really wild!), abnormally cold for May!! But, this family embraced it all. Grabbed some blankets from their van and made the most of our time together and I’m so grateful to them for that ❤️

I left this with a full heart (and some great life advice from this Grandpa!) and I hope they did too ❤️

I never love saying I’m fully booked! It always feels a little bit cringy and a lazy marketing tactic. But this summer, I genuinely am!

Between now and the end of August, I have space for one or two more family sessions. And after this, my diary doesn’t free up again until late September. So if you’ve been sitting on the fence about booking, now really is the time to reach out ❤️

I’m also already filling up for autumn and winter newborns, so if you’re expecting and hoping to capture those first days, please don’t leave it too late to get in touch as this is one booking I always hate having to say no to ❤️

I’m so grateful for every single family that trusts me with these moments. I just want to make sure I can give each of you the time, care and images you really love, not just squeeze you in.

I think I spotted the ☀️ on my weather app this morning and I’ll believe it when I see it!

This happened to be one of those few but precious sun soaked mornings we’ve had this past month, capturing this beautiful family at one of my favourite locations nearby, Hazelwood in County Sligo 🌿

I’m back here again this morning for family photos before preparing for a weekend on the road ❤️

My toddler spilt water on my Mac Book last week, I get it back today and I have a mountain of editing waiting for me! But…im also excited to see the past weeks sessions on screen and also getting around to delivering some of this months galleries ☺️

Outdoors, at sunset against a beautiful backdrop will always be my favorite place to photograph any family

But… There is something so special and sweet and intimate about capturing your family in your own home. It’s cozy, it’s warm, it’s comfortable, it’s safe and it means so much to you all ❤️
If your kids are little and sunset isn’t doable at this stage of life, then in-home can be a really beautiful option for you to consider ❤️
