Hello there, I’m Denis O'Regan and I gain deep joy from being out in nature - The wilder the better. I am privileged to live within 35 metres from the wild Altantic Ocean which provides me with the perfect spot for bird watching. Some days I am like the local Peregrine – Eyes are sharp, senses are heightened and I connect to my environment and notice things. I occasionally spot pods of dolphins pl

aying in Clonakilty Bay or kayak amongst the monstrous Basking Sharks. The photos I take are for sale which helps support my living and fund the expensive camera equipment!

Short-beaked Common Dolphins 10 Oct 2025 Some clips from a wildlife tour from Courtmacsherry.

We came across a feeding frenzy around a bait ball that included Blue-fin Tuna amongst the Dolphins. Alas the visibility was too poor to capture the Tuna.

If you listen carefully about 17 seconds into the video you can hear a squawk sound (not too sure what from) otherwise you can hear the clicks the dolphins are making.
