1 week of Lucy & Jack 😢
From the minute we arrived that morning, the excitement was building. The girls were relaxed, laughing, getting ready and Lucy looked absolutely incredible. One of my favourite details from the entire day was that her dress was actually made by her friend, which just made it feel even more special. 🤍
Lucy and Jack’s first look is something I don’t think I’ll ever forget. The way Jack looked at her, completely in awe, had us all trying not to cry behind the cameras. It was one of those moments that reminded us exactly why we love what we do. 😭
Their ceremony was beautiful. A close friend married them, which made everything feel so personal, and then came one of the most emotional parts of the day. Lucy and Jack had asked their mums to read a poem during the ceremony. Instead, both mums wrote their own. Listening to them speak about their children and the love they have for them was honestly one of the most moving things I’ve ever witnessed at a wedding.
There were so many moments throughout the day. Friends singing, tears, laughter, hugs, speeches, happy chaos, and so much love. You could really see how much Lucy and Jack mean to the people around them. Every person there was rooting for them, and it showed in every reaction, every smile, and every tear.
What makes this wedding even more special to us is that Lucy and Jack are now the third couple from the same friend group that we’ve had the privilege of capturing. From Úna & Dan, to Caoimhe & Aaron, and now Lucy & Jack, it’s been so lovely getting to tell the stories of this incredible group of friends. From Cork, to Mount Druid, and now all the way to Malta, it’s been such a special journey to be part of.
Thank you both for trusting us with your memories. It was an absolute honour to celebrate alongside you, and if this friend group keeps getting married, we’d happily follow you all around the world. 🤍
Lucy & Jack, ye were made for each other! Wishing you nothing but a lifetime of happiness 🥹🤍🫶🏽
