Fishing Gear
The advantage of Still Life photography is that it's not weather dependent. So while my walking and other activities have been curtailed by snow and ice I have been busy in my little studio. I'm not a fisherman nor do I know much about fishing but the gear has inspired my little creations.

The Cards are Stacked
I give presentations to photography clubs throughout Ireland and tonight, for the first time, to Chester Photographic Society in the UK. My presentations are either on "Fine Art Flower Photography" or "Still Life Photography". Tonight's presentation is on Still Life Photography. Each time I give a presentation I like to do a shot which is especially for the club I'm presenting to. This composition, "The Cards are Stacked" is for the members of Chester Photographic Society.
