Just completed the invaluable Autism Accessibility in the Workplace for Producers, Managers, and Leaders workshop in Galway.

We explored how autistic people experience the world, the barriers to inclusion, and practical strategies for creating autism-friendly hiring, onboarding, and mentoring processes. Key topics included communication, sensory needs, predictability, and reasonable accommodations in the workplace.

At Shuttermaniac, we’re committed to creating a genuinely inclusive workplace. We don’t just say it—we deliver. Participating in workshops like these ensures we continue building practices that support all of our team members to thrive.
