Two people, one cliff edge, and a forecast that nearly moved the whole thing indoors.
Amelia and Ari came over from the States to marry at Hags Head with nobody there but the people working. The wind held off. Just about.
Amelia wrote this afterwards, and it's the part about the weather that stayed with me:
"I came into the process with a very specific vision and a detailed mood board, and instead of simply accommodating it, he embraced it. It truly felt like a collaborative creative process.
What impressed us even more was his attitude when the weather - because, Ireland - decided to throw us a curveball. Our dream was to have an outdoor ceremony, but right beforehand things became uncertain. Caimin never hesitated. Whatever the day was going to become, he was ready to adapt.
So many of the quiet, fleeting moments that could easily have been missed were preserved beautifully. Looking through the footage, we genuinely felt like we were reliving the day."
Thank you both. It was a privilege.
