The mythical 1995 1,000bhp Lotec C1000, a one off Mercedes-Benz and Lotec engineered hypercar commissioned by an Arab oil magnate

Powered by a twin turbo 5.6 litre Mercedes V8, it was theoretically capable of 268mph. In a time where it had nearly double the power output of the contemporary Ferrari F50, they were serious numbers if unproven.

After lying dormant in the USA for many years, it was recommissioned by CURATED, I even had a chance to see it on the road at Tour Auto 2024 šŸ˜³ Amazing to see it out in the setting of FUORICONCORSO Ā® šŸ˜

The star of the show indoors was a Nismo CRS Restored car, outside a Nismo S-Tune in Bayside Blue, an M-Spec in Silica Brass, V Spec II Nur in Millenium Jade and a Midnight Purple standard GT-R.

Originally with estimates starting at ā‚¬2,350,000, they sold for a combined ā‚¬1,517,000 with more than 50% of that between the CRS and S-Tune

The 25 Porsche Carrera GTā€™s to receive the Gembella Mirage GT Conversion could hardly be described as subtle, but this has to be the wildest of the lot šŸ˜³

One of 3 ā€˜Gold Editionsā€™ produced with gold accents on the engine cover and wheels, and one of two finished in this incredible Rainbow Flake paint, appearing black from a distance and turning into something else entirely when the sunlight hits it up close.

This one was originally finished in Seal Grey, this it failed to sell at RM sothebys in 2020 with an estimate of less than ā‚¬1Mā€¦. With the recent rise in Carrera GT values it surely looks a bargain in hindsight!

Love it or hate it, this car head & shoulders embodies the Gemballa philosophy of making a statement with utterly unique road going Porsches

In 1994, Porsche and Audi collaborated to build the RS2. A high performance estate with their famous 5 Cylinder Turbo Quattro power, most of them finished in this beautiful Nogaro Blue.

Audiā€™s first ever RS model, bringing performance oriented estates into a different category altogether, famously being able to beat a contemporary Mclaren F1 to 30mph.

Things you donā€™t expect to find in the Wicklow Mountains on a windy Sunday Morningā€¦ a Ferrari 812 Superfast.

Black Ferrariā€™s have always been the colour for me and this one has the reg to match with just the right amount of red touches.

Outside of organised events, itā€™s a treat to see something like this out in isolation doing what it was meant to. Thanks to the super sound owner for letting me take a few snaps!
