"Autumn at Clogleagh"

If you are lucky, you will come here when the leaves covering the trees are fully in their Autumn colors, just before the first Winter storms that strip the branches bare. Incredible Autumn atmosphere.

"Over Clogleagh"

In the Wicklow Mountains, in the Shankill area, on the slope of Seahan Mountain a tiny river begins, the name of which is disputed. Some call it Shankill Brook and others Clogleagh. Regardless of the name, approximately 600 meters from river mouth with the Liffey it becomes one of the most picturesque places in the Wicklow Mountains.
Just before Clogleagh Bridge, it flows through a narrow canyon and after crossing under the bridge, cascades over large, flat stones. This place is covered with large deciduous trees and is charming at any time of the year. But in Autumn, when the leaves turn all shades of gold, Clogleagh becomes a Mecca for local photographers. It's hard to find a better place to capture this autumn atmosphere.

"Wicklow Mountains"

I took this photo a long time ago, at the very beginning of my adventure with photography. It shows the lack of skills of a novice photographer with aperture settings or exposure time. But the atmosphere captured in this photo makes me like it very much despite these shortcomings.

"Achill Heights"

Last week finally I went to this place on Achill Island . I wanted to photograph those rock for many years. It was warm, calm evening, all the people were gone and I had the place just for me. Speachless 🙂

"In the land of moss and fern"

I heard about this place some time ago but only recently found out exact location. Since then, I have been there several times waiting for the vegetation to explode with lush greenery. This time I took my camera with me and I was lucky. Additional attraction was dip in wonderfully cold water.

"Three out of Twelve"

Derryclare, Bencorr and Bencorrbeg. Three out of Twelve Bens mountain range in Connemara National Park in County Galway, Ireland. There's many more peaks but traditionally it is called Twelve Bens. I sincerely recommend to anyone visiting this charming part of the west of Ireland.

"Uragh Stone Circle"

Mysterious stone circle located in a picturesque valley near the town of Kenamre in County Kerry. It was very cloudy, moody day, just right for visiting this place.
My fascination with such places dates back to the beginning of my stay on the Emerald Isle, megalithic tombs, burial mounds and stone circles still fascinate me.
At the end of the valley one of the most picturesque waterfalls I have ever seen in Ireland - Gleninchaquin Waterfall.

The Quiraing is a landslip on the eastern face of Meall na Suiramach, the northernmost summit of the Trotternish and part of the distinctive landscapes on the Isle of Skye, Scotland.
