Views from the Luxembourg casemates!

Bock Casemates: a UNESCO World Heritage Site

The Bock Casemates, a subterranean defence system made up of kilometres of tunnels, is today one of the most important visitor sites in Luxembourg. These underground galleries were initially carved in the 17th century, under Spanish rule, and subsequently twice extended. Visiting the archaeological crypt, the antechamber to the casemates, is a similarly remarkable experience. On account of these impressive fortifications, Luxembourg was even given the epithet of the “Gibraltar of the North”.

Hello again! It’s crazy to think that we’re off again with the second set of prints but I’ve honestly wanted to do this series for a good while. A series that celebrates Ireland and all of its explicit and implicit beauty. Even in these challenging times I still bleeding love our little country - we’re an absolute bunch of characters. So I went through my thousands of photos in my archive, picked five that I feel epitomize the Ireland I know and love and so here’s my first homage to Éire. I really hope you like it 💚

Hello there!

A few things:

-I find myself posting to my page less regularly these days but my Instagram account has a lot more pictures and updates if you’re interested! ( is my username over there, come say hello sure).

-I will be launching my second series of prints to celebrate St. Patrick’s day next Monday, the 15th of March! Below is three out of the five prints that will be for sale and I really hope you like them.

Hello Facebook, a few days ago I launched my first ever set of prints!

I’ve been taking photos for 18 years now and to celebrate my love of photography turning a legal drinking age I’ve decided to finally take the plunge and put some prints up for sale. This is a limited series of swimming spots around South Dublin. I’ve been very lucky to really get out and swim a lot since Covid and for that little lifeline, I’ll be forever grateful. So I suppose that’s another reason this specific set of photos means a lot. I’m very nervous but I hope you like them!!

If you are a fan of the sea, me or just people who finally stop procrastinating to do the thing they’ve threatened to do for years I’d be very grateful if you’d please share the word with your friends and family.

I took this photo tonight after coming across this scene by chance! I don’t know these people or how great it is to be lighting fires in the wild but it was on stone, they seemed to have clean up equipment ready to go, it looked relatively safe with very few people around and I mean... look at this set up 😍
