That day at Rathsallagh House was just full of fun and relaxing vibes.. Heavy metal playing in the bridal prep room, umbrellas raining on top of the wedding party.. 😅 And also the loveliest emotional first look, heartfelt ceremony to follow and all their loved ones in one place!

You've spent months planning every detail of your reception - the flowers, the table settings, the little personal touches. And then the room fills up with guests, the music starts, and the evening takes over before you've had a chance to take it all in.

I always suggest asking your venue for five minutes alone in the room before anyone else goes in. Just the two of you, walking into the space you've spent so long imagining - seeing it completely yours for one quiet moment before it belongs to everyone.

Yes, it's a beautiful photo opportunity but more importantly, it's a chance to actually stop, look at each other, and take in what you've created together.

Ask your venue coordinator to make it happen. They'll be delighted to, and you'll never regret it. 💛

Ailbhe and Sean - 15.07.2026 ♥️

Their day was such a beautiful union of love, friendship and family, I still get teary-eye thinking about it! Ailbhe's mum created all the flower arrangements (with Ailbhe's hydrangeas from her own garden), her granny made the wedding cake (just like she'd made all of Ailbhe's birthday cakes!), her grandad surprised everyone with a poem.. And then Ailbhe designed all the stationery, did her own hair and makeup, and designed and made her incredible wedding dress!! 😍

But it really was the way Ailbhe and Sean looked at each other all day long that made it so so special.. Their first coffee date that turned into a 7-hour whirlwind walk around Dublin, their decision to go travel the world together less than a year info dating, their heartfelt vows and speeches... The perfect case of "when you know, you know".

Thank you Ailbhe and Sean for allowing me to capture all this love!
