From 🏇 track to 📸 frame…..

For every race of the Punchestown Festival, the winning owner was presented with a photo of their horse in action in a Newbridge Silver Frame. These are beautiful mementos and we lost count of the amount of compliments that we got about them. A regular question was “how was it done so quickly?”

🏇📸Punchestown Festival 2026📸🏇

We were delighted to once again work with Punchestown at this year’s festival. This year, we were multi-tasking:

1. We ran a Photo Competition in conjunction with Punchestown for the 4th consecutive year. 50 pre-registered competitors over the 5 days entered our competition “The Punchestown Festival- it’s more than horses.” We cannot wait to see the entries. The winner of this competition will win a Canon EOS R50 kit worth almost €1000.

2. We had a stand in the Osprey Shopping Village. This stand was used as registration point and base for the competition. We also had some of products for sale there. It was our first year bringing Leica Camera products with us and these proved very popular throughout the week. It was very busy and we had plenty of people come by and say hello.

3. We had Jonathan Dak based on the course with us. He printed a photo of every winning horse in action. This print was then put in a Newbridge Silver Frame and given to the winning owner after the race. These photos were printed on our stand in our Canon Pixma Pro-200 printer. To add colour around us, we printed an extra copy of these photos and put them around our stand. The festival is like no other week- It was very hectic so very well done to Jonathan who did not miss a thing and received many compliments for his photos.

So it was a busy week for us! Not to mention that Brian óg also had a big runner with Irish Panther running for Harty Racing.

It is a great privilege for us to be associated with the Punchestown Festival and we are glad to be able to add to an already amazing week.

Thanks to steph.mcglynn and Keith Kennedy who were with us on the stand helping for the week- it was great to have them as part of the team.
