International Women's Day, as I always say, is not a day for congratulations, but a day to march, to defend hard-won rights and rights that are being taken away from us in a world that is becoming increasingly conservative, machist and cruel.

I haven't been very active here this year because this phase of my life has kept me busy creating new life and also enjoying the unique process. I have so much to be grateful for this past year, which, although bittersweet, gave me more than I could have ever wished for.
Happy and tired, I begin this new year full of new photography projects and eager to share my images with you guys!

I've been to this place a million times because I love this place, eating something delicious and then walking through the forest and crossing the lake. That's make my day.

In the first days of the year, so sunny and cold, perfect I would say, I went out over the beautiful to continue adding hours of flight to be able to fully master my new toy. Last night was a wild, incredible seen with the naked eye from Dublin city. I went to the Wicklow Mountains to get a better view out of the light pollution and I was right. With the naked eye you could see a red streak across the sky and a green-yellow beam of light next to it. I opened my tripod, turned on my camera with the long exposure settings and the colors in their maximum brilliance appeared before my eyes. I couldn't believe I was living this moment just 20 minutes from home!
I've never seen the auroras before and it was a very special moment for me knowing that it is not common in Ireland. I'm grateful every minute of last night! โค๏ธ
