In 2019 she graduated from Griffith College Dublin with a B.A Hons Degree in Photographic Media. Her love of Music & performance has been engrained from early childhood , her father was a dancer & musician and nurtured her love of music & performance. Her first experience of watching the raw energy inherent to performing led to a lifelong appreciation of live acts. Carol cuts her photographic tee
th shooting live performances & musical acts, be it up and coming artists or festival events. She has been fortunate to shoot such acts as Paddy Casey, Mundy, David Kitt, Gemma Hayes, The Frames. Rodrigo Y Gabriella, Grevious Boy, Lisa Loughrey, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Mastadon, Jimmy Cliff & Boz Scaggs at such Festivals as Byron Bay Blues & Roots, Big Day Out, Folk Rhythm & Life and Meredith in Australia and Electric Picnic & Firebird Festival in Ireland to name but a few. Her work has been exhibited in Ireland as well as Australia. where she was the recipient of a silver award from the AIPP( Australian Institute of Professional Photography.) Carol loves nothing more than to capture the trans formative effect the stage has on a performer through her live work as well as editorial shots and creative portraiture.
