It was an early start for me today - did not get all the beauty sleep I needed :) but it was most definitely worth getting up early. Amazing energy in Phoenix Park during Irish Runner National 5K Championships - here are some impressions from the race. Full gallery coming soon so stay tuned.

Sean Aigboboh (Tallaght AC) clocked 20.27 (+2m/s) last night in Houston, Texas, setting new Irish national record in the 200m sprint. It is absolutely mind blowing - can’t wait to see more from Sean this season 🔥

Great weekend with at TU Dublin for the Irish Youth Championships. It was an amazing showcase of skill and sportsmanship. Big thank you to all the referees and entire Fencing Ireland staff who organised this event and to all the young athletes who took part.
